Work Smart – A staged approach to investment property analysis #REIN #Winnipeg

I did this presentation on Monday night, at the Winnipeg REIN meeting.  I’ve included the slides here: Work Smart. In this video I speak about the analytical funnel, the 3 pillars of real estate profit, and how to minimize the amount of time you spend analyzing properties without forfeiting quality.

The video is about 40 mins.

  1. You mention that this was at a REIN winnipeg event? I am currently not aware of any official REIN Winnipeg events. Is everyone there a member? I am interested in the REIN system, my biggest draw back is the fact that there is no local events? Could you shed some light on this?
I look forward to speaking with you.
    Thank you kindly

  2. It was REIN, but due to lack of interest it died out. I think they are starting it up again, I got an email from them not too long ago. I can’t go but I figured I’d shoot it over to you.

Hello WPIN! (Winnipeg Property Investors Network :)

Please mark your calendars for another great opportunity to network with other investors, and hopefully learn something new!

This is your reminder about our next monthly meeting coming up on Tuesday, December 13th at 7PM. The meeting will take place at the same location, the brand new United Way Building at 580 Main Street. If you can find parking in the back parking lot you are welcomed to park there. If not, there is plenty of free parking on Main Street too.

We will send out an agenda via email next week.

As usual, please feel free to bring anyone along with you who you feel might benefit from the group!!

Let me know if you have any questions.

    See you soon,
    Crystal
